All PDF patterns are non-refundable once delivered, as they’re instant digital downloads. If you run into any issues — like trouble accessing your files or accidental double purchases email me at hello@lolastarstudio.com and I’ll help you out.

 

Refunds

Every make is sewn by me and often one-of-a-kind. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:

• It’s unused, in its original condition, and
• You contact me first at hello@lolastarstudio.com to arrange the return

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on my end. Once I receive the item back, I’ll issue a full refund (excluding original postage).

 

I’ll process your refund within 2–3 working days of getting the item back. Your bank or payment provider might take a little longer (sometimes up to 10 business days) to show the money in your account.
